Delete Your Account

About this page
This page explains how to request deletion of your Scrown account and the data associated with it, as required by the Google Play developer program.
How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data in either of the following ways:
- In the app — open Scrown, open the sidebar, tap Delete Account, and confirm.
Or fill out this form and we'll take care of it:
We process deletion requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (email address, display name)
- All saved items ("stashes") — URLs, text notes, tags, and any content you added
- Your app usage history and preferences
- Push notification device tokens
What is retained, and for how long
We do not keep personal data beyond what the law requires. Where we must retain minimal records — for example, transaction records for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes — we keep them for up to 90 days after deletion, then remove them.
If you paid through the App Store or Google Play, those platforms hold their own billing records under their own policies — Scrown does not control that data.
If you only joined the waitlist and never created a full account, your email is deleted immediately upon request.
